Commission work
Over the years, I've done a lot of writing work as a hired gun. I've been commissioned to write original work, adaptations of existing material, rewrites, polishes - a little bit of everything, both as a credited and an uncredited writer. I have extensive experience in prose, screenwriting, and audio fiction.

Consulting work
As a writer, director, and media maker, I am happy to consult on outside projects, be they for other creative individuals or for larger organizations. If you are looking for someone to help develop an idea, improve upon a work-in-progress, or incorporate audio or visual media into a project, lets talk!
The bulk of my consulting work has been helping other writers develop fiction writing and scripts. Whether you're struggling to nail down the structure of an outline or just about ready to burn your manuscript and call it a day, I'm happy to provide a second set of eyes and a generous, constructive critique. I've helped take projects from idea to full gestation, and I've also jumped in at the last moment for a quick polish. I always make sure to get clear on what you're looking for in feedback, and tailor my suggestions to fit your specific needs.
I'm cautious to only take on consulting work when I feel I can genuinely make a positive difference, and in the past I have declined to work on projects that were not a good fit for my skill set. With that said, I have consulted on all sorts of undertakings, including translation work for podcasts, video production for online coding classes, digital advertisement, and post-production on a feature documentary film - as well as plenty of other odd projects!
